Master bedroom and ensuite, Warwick

My flat is in Warwick town centre close to the train station, plenty of takeaway places, restaurants and bars as well as a stone's throw away from Sainsbury's. Warwick has easy access to Leamington, Banbury and the M40 as well as IBM, JLR, Aston Martin and National Grid.

The bedroom available is the master. It is a double with en suite, it is large, spacious and private.

Shared spaces are a sitting room and kitchen/diner. There is a full sized fridge/freezer, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen (toaster, kettle, microwave and all pots pans and cutlery etc.) TV and fully furnished.

I am open to either a Monday to Friday let but the cost would be £500 for 7 days a week include all bills except Council tax.

I am pretty house-proud and keep the flat to be quite clean and tidy.
