Well situated for National Grid / Jaguar Landrover / Aston Martin employees, 1.5 miles to Warwick Technology Park and 8 miles from Gaydon. First stop on bus route for University of Warwick also.
The room will be let furnished, with double bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe, desk, and bookcase.
