Very large double room on own floor with en-suite

Hi there,

I have 1 furnished double room available with en-suite shower room on the 3rd floor of a 4-bedroom house in Warwick Gates.

The room available is very large with a wardrobe, big chest of drawers and extra built in storage. It occupies the entire 3rd floor so is quiet and private.

There are currently 2 girls occupying 2 of the other rooms and I will occupy the 4th for a couple of evenings per week for work purposes plus the occasional weekend.

The house is about 5 mins drive away from Leamington & Warwick and is just round the corner from a Co-op, chinese and fish & chip shop.

I am looking for a responsible, tidy person to share the house and to get on with the exisiting housemates who will be available to meet before moving.
