My house is situated close to Warwick town centre & hospital. It is within walking distance of Warwick train station and is on the local bus routes.

There is ample off road parking at the front of my house.

The room is a large airy double with windows to the front and rear.

There is an en-suite in the room.

There is a tv point in the room and broadband is available, included in the monthly rent.

There is a shared lounge, kitchen & conservatory and a seperate utility area for washing. There is a patio and large garden at the rear.

The room is in a house that is shared with one other professional male in his mid twenties. I stopover occasionally, but for the majority of the time it will be just the two of you.

I have 2 English Bulldogs who stopover occasionally with me.
