Hi, We're looking for friendly, sociable people to join our house share on the border between Leamington Spa and Warwick. Just over 1 mile from Leamington Parade. The house is tidy and cosy with modern furnishings and has 2 double rooms available. The house is within easy walking distance to shops, pubs and restaurants all nearby. There is off street parking and the property is on bus routes to both Leamington and Warwick town centres. (it is around 1 mile to both town centres). We have recently upgraded to high speed business broadband so its fast and reliable for people working from home. The room that's available is a large double.

Kitchen appliances include a large fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, tumble drier and microwave. A large brand new smart TV is provided in the communal lounge. Each bedroom has been decorated in neutral tones with modern furniture and each has a TV point. The house has 2 communal bathrooms.

There is a large south facing garden with patio, plus a sunny conservatory.

The rent includes bills for gas, electricity, council tax, water and TV licence. Broadband is also included in the rent. A cleaner and gardener are also provided at no extra cost.
