Large back garden. The neighbourhood is quiet and the house is situated on a Cul de sac. Approximately 5 minutes drive to the M40 Junction and Leamington train station. The development has excellent facilities including a Doctors surgery, chemist, Co Op, and a fantastic Cantonese take away. I am a profession woman running my own business in Leamington spa. I'm happy to share my living space with a like minded person and perhaps share the occasional glass of wine. By nature I am an orderly person and my house is tidy and organised but is still a home. I have 2 cats who are slightly nervous of people and keep themselves to themselves.
