Double Room for Rent

A large double room with double built in wardrobes and cupboard space above. Contains large chest of draws, double bed, table and 2 chairs to rent in a terrace house within 10 minutes of Warwick train station, 20 minutes from Warwick town Centre, 4 minutes on the train to Leamington Spa. Two shared sitting rooms one with a TV, kitchen equipment, utensils and cutlery available. Bedding available on request. We all work different shift patterns so use of area's is not a problem. I have 3 cats, two don't come inside and I look after a dog regularly. We have a friendly and relaxed atmosphere in the house with respect for each other. All bills included.
