The flat has great access to near by motorways (M40 and A46) and is located 5 minutes walk from Warwick hospital and 10 minutes to Warwick train station.

My name is Tom, I am a 26 year old professional male working within the NHS. I work Monday to Friday and am away at most weekends visiting my girlfriend in London. I have recently moved to Warwickshire and am looking for someone to share the cost of living. I am a friendly sociable person who enjoys climbing and keep fit activities.
