Currently occupied by my husband and I and my one other longterm lodger, you will have a very large furnished double room with use of utility, shower room and kitchen. Also an adjacent walk in shower room with toilet.

We have had lodgers for many years so are very used to sharing our home. The house is usually quiet and runs very smoothly.

Also allocated off road/driveway parking is available.

Ideal location just off junction 15 of M40, with allocated offstreet parking just 5 minutes walk from Warwick town centre and across the road from fuel station and further shops.

If you like running, walking or cycling there are some great local routes and space to store your bike in the rear garden.
