Description

I have a large double bedroom to let in my two bed house. The house is in Campriano Drive in Warwick. The room to rent is actually the largest of the two double bedrooms. I have the smaller of the two rooms.

The room is newly decorated (as is the whole house). The room was furnished with brand new furniture approximately a year ago and consists of:

LG 32" Smart TV with online Catch up TV, youtube, Freeview and various other apps. The TV is connected to the internet.
A DVD player.
Double bed.
Two pillows and one duvet are provided along with two sets of bed sheets.
Two Bedside drawer units.
A 5 drawer chest of drawers.
A comfortable chair.
A wall mirror.
A desk for you to work at.
A swivel office chair.
Two shelves above the desk.
A wall mounted magnetic pin board next to the desk.
A table lamp.
A built in cupboard that contains two hanging rails, 20 wooden clothes hangers, two clothes pegs, a small table, a laundry bin and a clothes horse for drying clothes.

There is two windows. Each has a wooden slated blind.
The bedroom benefits from the morning sun.

The Kitchen
You will have you're own double cupboard and two drawers, for your food and any other kitchen items you have.
You will have you're own shelf in the fridge and your own drawer in the freezer.

The kitchen consists of:
The usual items such as a Cooker, Fridge Freezer, Washing machine, Tumble drier, Microwave, Kettle and Toaster. There's also other items such as the usual cooking and eating utensils, a steamer, slow cooker, rice cooker, blender and various other things.

The Bathroom
The bathroom is to be shared with myself and consists of a bath, an electric shower over the bath, a toilet, a large wall mounted mirror, plus shaving type mirror on the window sill.
There's an electric shaver power point next to the sink.
There is a toiletries shelf unit above the bath for your shampoo etc. For the ease of cleaning if all toiletries can be kept on your shelf, or in your bedroom. This applies to myself too.
You will need to provide your own towels.

Downstairs Toilet
Consists of a toilet and hand sink.

The house has broadband.

About me
I'm male, 37 years old and work freelance as a web developer. On occasions I also work for an outdoors team building company. I'm a non-smoker and virtually teetotal. I'm clean and tidy and wash up every morning! I have a camper van and amongst other trips away, have been to eleven UK music festivals over the last two summers. My favourite is Glastonbury and my second favourite is Boardmasters (a surf and Music festival in Newquay). I'm a complete amateur at, but enjoy sea kayaking, mountain biking (but not on mountains), and walking.

Pets
I have one dog. He's a ten year old Staffie called Jake. He's extremely friendly and well behaved. He's a healthy lad and despite his age walked to the top of Snowdon last April in 7 hours of torrential rain. He slept well that night. He has a bed in the living room and another in the hallway under the stairs. If you allow him to, he'll happily come and lie on the floor in your bedroom with you, but if you don't want him in there, he will understand. I've never allowed him on beds or furniture. I keep the house clean and tidy and hopefully dog fur free.

The desirable room renter...
The desirable room renter will be clean, tidy and considerate. I expect nothing of you, that you are not entitled to expect of me. It's a two way street.
