Furnished Double Close to Hospital, Station & Town

I'm looking for housemates to share my home in Warwick.

My home is very comfortable and relaxed, with lounge, kitchen, garden, patio and storage for bikes. I am a 2-3 minute walk from Warwick hospital, 5-10 minute walk from the train station and less than a mile from the town centre. There are parks, shops and a nice canal-side pub close by.

Each room has a double bed, double wardrobe, TV, a bedside table and storage.

Both the kitchen and bathroom have been installed to a very high standard. The kitchen includes cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. We have hive central heating so you never need to arrive home to a cold house! I have fortnightly grass cutting and a very good cleaner to help keep the house looking great.

Rent includes all bills as well as wifi. I ask for five weeks rent as deposit, and will do a reference check. I'm looking to share with professionals.
