It is themed around a 'Ski Log-Cabin/Cottage' and has it's own kitchenette-dinning bar with plumbing for washing machine/dryer and with additional lounge area, shower room and up-stairs double bed & space for further cot etc./or extended small office space.
We are situated at the edge of an ideally positioned village with lovely views and access to all amenities from supermarket, 'Saturday popular-market', Chinese (and even a 'fish-and-chips'!) plus 2x Indian. Two village pubs and a library. Jaguar-Land Rover is a short distance commute and Aston Martin also has its Nation-Wide supplies depot on the other side of the village. Wellesbourne lies close to both Stratford-on-Avon and Warwick for easy M40/train station access and the attached photos give an indication of the attractiveness of the life-style/residence here with another similar-sized apartment adjacent & occupied by NHS.
