Hello. We are located at Wellesbourne nr. Gaydon/ Warwick and have a recently constructed 'Log-Cabin style' apartment next to our own house.

Whilst described as 'live-in' landlord in the Spare-Room's category, this is actually a linked-detached building & fully self-contained from the main house where we reside, not shared living, so all independent.

It will be fully available for a medium-to-long-term occupation following vacation from the Spring, & probably suiting a young working person/couple/professional/parent-child situation etc. This includes an off-road parking space and small garden. It has services from the main house and is rented as a separate unit. It is themed around a 'Ski Log-Cabin/Cottage' and has it's own kitchenette-dinning bar with plumbing for washing machine/dryer and with additional lounge area, shower room and up-stairs double bed & space for further cot etc./or extended small office space.

We are situated at the edge of an ideally positioned village with lovely views and access to all amenities from supermarket, 'Saturday popular-market', Chinese (and even a 'fish-and-chips'!) plus 2x Indian. Two village pubs and a library. Jaguar-Land Rover is a short distance commute and Aston Martin also has its Nation-Wide supplies depot on the other side of the village. Wellesbourne lies close to both Stratford-on-Avon and Warwick for easy M40/train station access and the attached photos give an indication of the attractiveness of the life-style/residence here with another similar-sized apartment adjacent & occupied by NHS.
