Our double room is available as previous lodger purchased a home locally! Built in wardrobes. Large desk for home working.

Friendly environment, where you can either do your own thing or join in with us and chat about your day over a glass of wine. Your room is your place, its a safe haven and if you want company come and find me downstairs.

Price negotiable for low income /out of work, please ask.

Family type home where every lodger has become family and still visit. Friendly dogs, sometimes overly friendly, beagles. Please only contact me if you are comfortable around family pets. The dogs stay downstairs. Unless you sneak them up for cuddles.

I use my downstairs bathroom and current lodgers use upstairs shower room predominantly.

TV in room, Virgin 350 broadband WiFi.

Shared kitchen, sitting room, washing machine/dryer dishwasher and garden, plenty of on road permit free parking.

I work for the nhs locally and I am home the majority of the time.

We are a lovely, quiet household, although when we get together we do have a sing and dance in the kitchen! We have great neighbours who will join over the fence (covid safe) for drinks with us all. If you're a runner you're welcome to take the beagle with you for a faster experience! She loves running and has taken a few lodgers for the run of their lives.

We have an allotment so if you’re green fingered or want to try to be you’re welcome to help out, it’s just a minute down the road - I'm not very good at it!

Close to pub, shops and Warwick hospital.

We welcome students and are very happy to support you whilst you're here, Inc cooking.

We are currently undergoing an extension downstairs, which doesn't affect your room, but the kitchen is not looking its best right now.
