Our double sized room is becoming available soon. You will have sole use of the bathroom upstairs. Property has three bathrooms. Family use two and our sole lodger has their own.

Looking for Mon to Friday, or full time student/temp/placement or such like where this isn't your permanent place of residence. Full time rent will be £650 pcm.

Friendly environment, where you can do your own thing. Your room is your place, its a safe haven and if you want company come and find me downstairs.

Family home (myself, partner and 18 year old son) where every lodger has become family and still visits. We won't tolerate drugs or alcohol abuse. We are not a party home so please consider this before contacting me.

Friendly dogs, sometimes overly friendly, beagles. Please only contact me if you are very comfortable around family pets. They will woof at you lots until they get to know you. The dogs stay downstairs. We will introduce you to them slowly, they will bounce all over you the first few times and you will need to be kindly firm with commands. Your previous history with dogs or animals will be discussed on enquiring as enjoying them is essential to me, my 5 girls are show dogs and we have the occasional litter. Please ensure any correspondence with me includes detailed lived experience of dogs.

This is an old property from the 1800s so if you're looking for modern chic we aren't for you. It has charm and quirks. The dogs do leave their glitter everywhere downstairs, this is hoovered twice daily but if you come in-between hoovers you will be met with dog hair, somewhere.

Shared kitchen, washing machine/dryer dishwasher and garden, plenty of on road permit free parking.

I work for the nhs locally and I am home the majority of the time.

Close to pub, shops and Warwick hospital.
