A shared sitting room and dining room available to use. Kitchen facilities include washing machine, dish washer fridge, separate food storage cupboard. Use of crockery and utensils.

Bathroom has a shower over a bath with a toilet and an additional separate toilet.

Patio garden with furniture to enjoy.

I have a Whippet dog and 2 cats that live in our utility room.

A residents parking permit and a visitor permit for visitors is available at an additional cost (cost set by council).

My home is within walking distance of 2 beautiful parks, a gym, Warwick town centre, Warwick train station and varied bus routes at the end of our road, a plethora of pubs and restaurants in the surrounding area.
