Large double room for rent

We are a family with a dog, cat, a few chickens. We are a husband and wife with a young teenage daughter. We have a large house and garden. The room has its own ensuite it’s bright roomy and clean. We have a separate kitchen area for lodgers with own fridge and microwave. We are looking for a person who is easy going and prepared to fit in with family life. All bills are included including council tax so there are hidden extras. We have 100mb broad band so working from home is possible. There is a communal utility space for laundry. Parking on front of house is possible.
