I have a lovely 3 bedroom flat in Wellesbourne, close to shops, Sainsbury and Co Op are not too far away! The bus route is only a 2-3 minute walk away! Close to Gaydon, Leamington Spa, Warwick, Stratford-Upon-Avon and M40 is about 10-15 mins away!
I am looking to let out my double bedroom short term - ideally the room is only available Mon-Fri although the occasional weekend will be ok. If you are looking for a short term let, then call me for a chat as I might consider 7 days per week but the rent will be ã450 per month.
Tenant must be clean and tidy and respectful of others within the property. The bedroom is fully furnished with double bed and cupboard etc.
Shared access to living room, kitchen and bathroom. Wifi and broadband available.
