House Share

I’m offering a double room and full access to whole house. I expect cleanliness from whoever takes the room. I’m happy for a couple to move in also.
This will be a shared house with all bills included in the price. I do have a garage for storage plenty of parking space on driveway. The double bedroom that I’m offering has built in mirrored wardrobes also a Virgin tv TiVo box with all channels including sky movies & sports also a tv. High speed WiFi from virgin media.
Kitchen is a nice size plenty of room to move about in. Lounge has large 3 seater and 2 seater sofa, conservatory also has a dining table to seat 6 people.
I have a large garden here with a patio and seating, if required I have a bbq stored in the garage if you ever wanted to use it. This house is located in a cul de sac so it is a quiet neighbourhood. It is located approximately 1 mile from train station, half mile from bus station and 1.5 miles approximately from town centre. There is also a playing field behind the house which is a 5 minute walk away from the house.
