Hi, looking for a new flatmate to move into a house I currently rent. 2 bedroom, one bathroom, large driveway with garage and garden. Easy going and open to anyone. Generally clean. Quite social. The house is a shared space so I often host my friends and you are more than welcome to do the same. The house is unfurnished but I have furnished the shared spaces. Your future room has a built in wardrobe so it would only need a bed but if this would be a deal breaker for you then I am happy to provide one. £400 in rent a month & £200 in bills. I don't have many photos of the place but I will try to add them as and when I can. If you require any additional details then let me know.
