Seeking Occupant for Single Room :) !!

Hey there,

My name is Tessa! I am 27 years old and have a 6 year old daughter. I live alone, but my partner comes and goes as he pleases (roughly 2 times a week).

We have Happy and Bubbly Personalities, and equally enjoy our own space too. We are quiet most of the time, and enjoy 'chilling' at home. I would certainly say that my Home is my sanctury :) ... there's nothing exciting that happens here, but rather enjoy peaceful living with my daughter :).

My daughter and I have the utmost respect and concideration for any person living with us, as we appreciate that we all just want to get on with doing our own things. We are completely sociable and would like you to be free to relax and treat the Home as your own too.

I am looking for someone who also likes to do their own thing, but is friendly and conciderate too. Someone who doesnt mind children. Someone who does not use inapropriate language around children, and who would not behave in an inapropriate manner (around kids)... just as most parents would feel I suppose :) !

I would prefer a lady, as we are two girls in the house, but I am completely open to any person who might be interested. Whether you are professional or student, temporary or more long term.. please feel free to contact me.

This room is available 7 days a week, but my personal preference would be for 5 days a week. The room has a single bed, bedside table, lamp, and built in wardrobe (hanging space, with packing space on top. Under the bed there are drawers too. The pub is less than a 3 minute walk away. The Whitnash shops is a 5 minute walk away. The G1 bus stop is one minute walk away....which takes you right through the town center and Warwick.

Gas central heating, fridge, large freezer and washing machine (broadband is unlimited downloads etc).

I work from Home, so would be here most of the time.
