Vegetarian flatmate

I have a large single room to let in a nice house, with garden, on bus route, close to M40, JLR, train station, local shops and Leamington town centre.
There is fiber-optic broadband.

I'm a friendly, clean and tidy person with a well behaved small dog.
I'm interested in music, arts, alternative therapies and more, have a good social life, but quiet at home.

I would like to share with someone who can speak some English, is veggie preferably and is clean and tidy and friendly.

Being a vegetarian for a very long means that I don't want any meat or fish cooked in the house, but there's is a fridge in the room where you can have cooked meats if you wish.

There is a nice garden you can use and I don't mind smokers if they never smoke in the house, and students, if responsible are also welcome.

I’m polite and friendly and would like to share with someone who’s the same. Respecting each other’s privacy but may be up for a chat now and again.
