Spacious room, massive house, Whitnash area

Double room to rent in a private, detached house, with off road parking and concealed driveway. The preferred tenant will be working in a professional role 9-5 Mon to Fri, but do contact if you want fulltime, we are flexible. The house is centrally heated with a large kitchen and pantry. (lots of fridge, freezer and oven space). There is also a fairly basic gym as well, and loads of storage on site.

The room is a double, with own bed and furniture, which can be stored if you have your own. The bathroom is an en-suite shower, is your own and not shared with anyone.

Location wise you are out of the main town, in a quiet area with little to no background noise. Its a 5 minute bus ride to the town centre and a quick 5 minutes to the M40 or the road to Gaydon (Aston & JLR) by car. There is room to store a motor/ bike if required too.
