Double room in shared house

We have a good sized double room in a large detached house in a lovely village location 1.5 miles outside of Shipston-on-Stour. There is a shared kitchen and utility room, shared living room (maximum of one other adult) and a large bathroom with a bath and separate shower cubicle. There are currently five adults in the house and two bathrooms, so your bathroom will be shared with a maximum of three other adults at present, and only one other adult in the near future (our adult children are moving out soon). There is a large garden and ample off-road parking. Bills included are water, electric, council tax, TV licence and high-speed broadband. The room is currently being updated, so pictures will follow of the room itself. We have two cats, so no other pets can be accommodated.
