A tenant would enjoy a relaxed, happy environment with shared use of a kitchen, dining room, washing facilities and garden with ample parking available on drive. There is also access to fibre-optic broadband and a television in the bedroom, with the room cleaned on a weekly basis.

Ideally situated in a quiet rural area within 4 miles from Stratford-Upon-Avon, benefiting from various village amenities including a shop, two pubs and a train station for easy commuting to major cities including Birmingham and London. Not to mention beautiful canal walks.

I offer occupancy from Monday - Friday morning with the option of negotiating for Sunday night if necessary.
