Double room to rent

I am looking to rent out a room in my home in port talbot. I work full time and play sport on the weekend. I have a one year old puppy who is very playful so you would need to like animals. There is an enclosed back garden. The kitchen has a washing machine, cooking facilities and a fridge freezer. There are 2 living rooms and a dining room which will be shared with myself and the pup. There is WiFi at the property. There is a premier shop across the street and the beach is a 2 minute drive away. It’s close to the town for shopping.
