Double Room Available In Alltwen

I've recently moved into a 3 bedroom house and I'm looking for someone to share the house with me.
Looking for a housemate more than just a lodger. Someone who will want to go out and socialise with me and feel comfortable enough in the house to invite friends and family over.
I don't mind pets, as when my family come and visit they bring their dogs so you would have to not mind dogs!
I'm really laidback and am a teacher so work through the week and like to chill on weekends.
The house has 3 double rooms, a lounge, a dining room, 2 bathrooms and a nice size garden.
Looking for professionals but if you're a student who is able to pay the rent then that would also be considered.
