1 double bed with own bathroom

I am a quiet person and am looking for a housemate to enjoy my lovely home and treat it with respect. It's on a quiet street with lots of natural daylight. The room is a back bedroom overlooking the back garden and has a double bed, desk and shelves. The private bathroom has a toilet, sink and bath. It is the room next to the bedroom. There is access to cooking facilities. All bills (broadband, council tax, TV licence, electricity) are included in the listed price. It is a couple of minutes off the M4 and a 9 minute walk to Baglan train station.
I have a dog and cat. They are both friendly.
Available to move in from 2nd January 2025. Suitable for working people but open to students. Open to couples - will discuss pricing if a couple is interested.
