Room to rent in a nice area, situated very close to the M4, local amenities being: Post office, CK's (a grocery store), Costa coffee, and a Pub (the foods average, nothing special, i shall be honest 🤣)

I am a live in host, who is a kind professional who serves in the public service sector.

The house is still under some work, as it was a complete renovation. But were all painted up, new kitchen with a built in oven and electric hob, brand new flooring throughout, your room has been fitted with brand new pipes and radiator, two new windows and seals, and the rest of the house will be completed in due course.

There is nothing noisy left to do, so your peace will be undisturbed.

So please understand things will only be getting better as time goes on 👌

I do not ask any contribution to bills, as I already pay them.

However, when the house is finished on the inside. I will speak to you about new rental costs if you would like to stay past our previous agreed contract.

I would like I very clean, hygienic individual, whom is kind and caring of others property. As this will be reciprocated.

Finally someone that is either a student or with a job and or regular income, you're welcome.
