Living here currently are myself (Libby, 26), my friend Zoe (also 26) and Benji, my gorgeous 6 month old black lab. We’re all very friendly, outgoing & sociable with 9-5 jobs (except Benji!), but equally enjoy alone time too.

As pictured, the room has recently been renovated with all new furniture including a kingsize oak framed bed with a ‘zero-gravity’ cooling mattress, a ceiling fan, electric black-out blinds, LED lighting, a large chest of drawers, huge mirror, clothes rail & blanket box. A wardrobe and/or desk & chair can be substituted in if preferred. The bedroom also has fitted a 100” roll-down cinema screen (perfect for movie nights or gaming!) a top of the line 4k projector can be provided for an additional £20 per month.

The large family bathroom has great storage and is immediately next door to the bedroom, it will be shared between you and Zoe, there is also a small toilet on the ground floor. There is plenty of available cupboard, fridge and freezer space in the kitchen, also a nearly new washing machine & dryer and clothes lines in the garden.
