You will have use of a shared bathroom, large kitchen /summer room with access to the patio /garden area.
Sole use of a sitting room .
Ample parking on driveway.

Room available on mon- fri let 450
Short term lets maximum term strictly set at 12 weeks - 135 per week

Bishopston is a large village with shops and pubs. 5 miles from central Swansea.
10 min drive from Caswell Bay , 3 miles approx to Mumbles.
