Single room near Swansea/Port Talbot

I am a single professional live-in landlord with a 3 bedroom house. I have 1 single room available for contractors. Ideally a Monday to Friday arrangement, however open to discussion.
It is a large room with single bed, wardrobe, desk, and Smart TV. Bedding and towels provided.
Shared bathroom and kitchen. Fridge and cupboard space. Access to Wi-Fi, bills included. Large rear garden, on street non residential bay parking available. Washing machine and tumble dryer. Shower over bath.

About me, I work full time at 50 hours 5 days a week, my days off vary. I have my 3 year old son when I am off on weekends and school holidays, which is why a Monday to Friday arrangement would be ideal. Ideally suited to someone working away from home during the week however I have had people staying 7 days per week and that would be considered at cost of £14 per night. Contractors only, no long term lets.
