2 Double Rooms - House Share

Room 1 - double room with fitted furniture, king size bed. £75 per week

Room 2 - Double bed, partially furnished. £70 per week

Use of bathroom, kitchen and living room. All bills included with the exception of the telephone. There is a fair usage policy on gas, electricity and water, any excessive use with ultimately mean an increase of rent. The owner has a lovely friendly cat therefore pets will not be allowed.

Strictly no unemployed people, sorry. No couples.

Residents are expected to purchase their own toiletries, foods etc. and provide their own bedding and towels.

The rooms have digital locks therefore all belonging must be located in their own room, the landlord cannot be responsible for any missing belongings. Both rooms are supplied with tv's, 32" with freeview. Property also has broadband.

Plenty of street parking, 2 minute walk from train station, 5-10 minute drive from M4 in both directions.

Smokers welcome but smoking is not permitted within the property.
