Room to Rent

Ok I'll be honest here, the reason why my rent is so low and for the right applicant is I am currently in the military and have to leave for three months in March 24 for three months. I don't have any support network to look after my dog for that period. I refuse to put him in kennels for that amount of time so I need to find someone who can look after him while I'm away. The benefits to the right person would be they would have three months cheap rent and the house to themselves for the duration. Get in touch if you feel you could meet the criteria. The room is available from Jan 24 though and I will be home only on weekends from Jan-March so again the tenant would have the property to themselves during the week only for that period.
