Property is situated in Craig-cefn-park which is a small village - It's approx. 7 minutes from Morriston Hospital and ~20 minutes to Parc Tawe. Really nice house with a beautiful view. Loads of nice walks around the area.
I'm a professional working in Morriston Hospital as a dietitian. I am quite particular in that I like quiet and things to be tidy. Happy to consider pets.
The rest of the house will be furnished. The room advertised will have a desk. No bed currently.
I train a lot (gym, running, BJJ) so will be out of the house quite a bit!
