Double room available in a well presented new build Barratts home in Cwmafan, Port Talbot.

The house consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, front and rear gardens and a double driveway.

2 minute drive to M4 West and 4 minute drive to M4 East.
2 minute drive to tesco.
30 second walk to the cycle track.
5 minute walk to the local pub that is very quiet and serves amazing food.

The housing estate is set back but at the same time, is close to local amenities.

I am a 30 year old female. I am looking to share with male or female, must be hard working and hold down a secure job. Must be clean, tidy and respectful towards the property.
