Contractor Lettings - Sun night to Fri morning

I am a seasoned I. T. contractor, who previously worked away Mon-Fri. Now I work from home fully remote, but have two spare rooms designed specifically for contractors working away in the Swansea / Carmarthenshire area.

These are Mon-Fri lets only, with access available from 7pm Sun evening (for those who travel the night before).

The comfortable double rooms come equipped bedding, towels, a mini fridge and tea/coffee making facilities.

The property has two shower bathrooms, a large lounge (full Sky package) and dinning area, with modern kitchen. There is off road parking.

I enjoy cooking and meeting new people, but respect peoples privacy. I have a friendly dog, who is a poodle breed and does not malt hair.

The house is conveniently located on a high street, in walking distance to local amenities and is less then 10 mins drive from M4 junction 47.
