Lodger must be a female, preferably between the age of 25 - 35, and will be living with the owner-occupier who is a 29 y/o female.

There will be a fixed term agreement in place. The agreement will reference lodger responsibilities that can be discussed on viewing

The property has a communal kitchen, bathroom and living room. Washing machine with dryer, electric airer available and dishwasher. There is room on driveway for a car if needed. Large garden to the rear. The property only short walk to bus stop and bus station. It is only a 10 minute drive from the M4 or Gowerton train station.

The lodger must be comfortable with kittens, as the owner fosters, but they stay in one room and will not disturb the lodger. The lodger will be living in the front double bedroom with bay window. The room is fully furnished with; double bed, 2 bedside tables, a desk and 2 wardrobes.

VETTING CHECKS: Lodger will be given tenenacy if they can prove they have the right to live and work in the UK, have a steady job no longer in the probationary period, and provide a deposit of £450 which will be returned at the end of the tenancy.
