Very spacious double bedroom with bay window for let in a large comfortable house with owner occupier. The room is fully furnished with; double bed, 2 bedside tables, a desk and 2 wardrobes.

Students are welcome.

The house has modern communal kitchen, bathroom and living room with:

- driveway space for a car
- Large garden to the rear

The property only short walk to bus stop and bus station. It is only a 10 minute drive from the M4 or Gowerton train station.

This is a short term let to assist with costs while my partner is away.

Lodger must be a female, preferably between the age of 25 - 35, and will be living with the owner-occupier who is a 29 y/o female.
