I currently have a furnished double bedroom available situated in Hendy with great transport links (5 mins to m4, 10/15 min walk to bus and train links)

I am looking for a clean, tidy and respectful person to enjoy the house.

The room comes fully furnished all bills included.

The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, hob, oven etc.


Bathroom recently renovated and now equipped with shower over bath and full height tilling.
Non smoking house, however smokers welcome just do it in the garden.


No couples or pets considered.
