Spacious Double Room to Rent

I have a spacious double room to rent in my detached home in Killay, Swansea. Central heating and double glazing throughout.

The house stands in its own grounds in a lovely peaceful spot, with plenty of off road/parking. It is very close to the library and a five minute walk to local shops and nearby bus routes. The room is well furnished with bed, dresser, and wardrobe. There is Wi-Fi throughout the house.
This is very comfortable and convenient accommodation, and I am looking for a responsible and pleasant person to share it with. The house would suit single professionals and they will have the use of the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen and bathroom and a spacious garden.

I am forty three years of age and was recently made redundant from my job as a guidance counsellor.

I enjoy films, reading DIY and African drumming.
