Nice house mate wanted.

I am looking for a friendly, chilled, tidy student/professional to share with me for as long as it works out.

I work at Swansea University 9-5 and spend my free time with friends and family or relaxing in the house.

The Room - unfurnished, double.

The House - Shared reasonable sized kitchen with all appliances, shared living room, shared bathroom with shower and bath, good size garden and patio.

I don't mind smokers but not in the house . I have a lovely patio that you are more than welcome to use. I also welcome pets as long as they are trained, friendly and small-ish.
