The room is in a beautiful converted barn with large lounge and open plan kitchen on ground floor plus toilet and utility room. First floor has three bedrooms two of which are ensuite and one bathroom. Underfloor heating to ground and first floor.
West facing garden with 30 minutes walk to Rhosilli Beach over the fields. Village has Kings Head pub and village hall and church plus surf shop.
13 miles to Swansea - there is a bus but it takes about an hour! So best for a car owner to rent here. I would like someone interested in the world - happy with their own company and who likes village life and maybe enjoys writing/surfing/walking/drinki ng at local pub.
