I will shortly have a room available in a modern 3 bed house.
Double room, furnished with bed, bedside table, drawer and built in storage.
House has modern kitchen and bathroom, and shortly there will be brand new carpets and windows.
Area is residential with close links to railway station, M4 and easy access to city center and industrial estate-both hospitals and both universities are within 15 mins drive. Several buses run directly to town per hour and there is a train station just over 10 mins walk away.
Would prefer a quiet individual, workers preferred, no smokers, no couples. There is a friendly dog resident in the house, you wouldn’t be expected to look after him but be mindful of his needs.
Ideally no permanent work from homers either as I work from home and need the bandwidth and quiet.
Initially only looking for Mon-Fri tenant.
