A single and a double room available. Live in landlady with one current female lodger. I am looking for 2 more females to share with. We are a friendly and quiet household with a calm atmosphere.

There is a shared bathroom, kitchen and lounge with parking. Buses run every half hour to Llanelli and Swansea. There is a Spar shop locally and supermarkets and shops in Gorseinon 1.5 miles away.

We are very close to the beautiful Loughor Estuary where there are many walks and cycle paths.

All bills included, with super fast broadband.

(the gaming chair in the single room is not included but could be purchased from previous tenant)
