We are a fun friendly and clean household, currently with a carpenter and a paramedic living there. Also an important member of the household is a friendly and loving, well behaved 4 year old golden retriever. Looking for someone who is equally sociable clean tidy and fun loving. There is a decent size garden and a garage that is suitable for storage of bikes, surfboards etc. The house is in close proximity to the motorway, DVLA and Morriston hospital
