Double or single room/house share

Hey
I'm Bex. Here's a little about myself and where I live.
I'm a happy single (young) 45 year old decorator. I own BexDex; a decorating and home reno. company which keeps me very busy. So you'd often have the place to yourself.
I love company as much as I love my own downtime. So some nights I am tucked up in my bed with a book by 8😆 with my animals snuggled in. That or visiting my son/Mum/friends or sat on a beach, with a fire and a few friends, or away camping. (I take the dogs, who are smaller than my cat, and pay a cat sitter whilst awat, which could be extra cash for my house mate)
So an animal lover is a must! Mine love a cuddle and a fuss.
I'm a positive person, I don't sweat the small stuff and always look on the brightside of life.
I love cooking, camping, travelling, learning new things/skills, silly chats, deep concersations and fires out the back, but preferably the beach; my happy place. :)
My home is a 3 bedroom (2 doubles and 1 smaller room, which is big enough for a double bed, wardobe and maybe a chair/table in a corner) A double is also available.
There are no houses opposite, just trees and a view across Morriston. It's not a through road, so it's quiet and at the end of a scenic lane. With regular fox, hedgehogs and the occassional birds of prey sightings.
A tiered garden which leads onto a woodland area. Soon to have an art/craft studio at the top. 🙂
The main st in Morriston (Woodfield st) is an 8 minute walk away (so is the art studio I share, which my housemate would be more than welcome to use/share also)

Ps I'm not against the idea of finding a new place to share. Oh, and i've just had new carpets fitted on the stairs, landing and bedrooms, and was my infinate wisdom, I decided the have them all laid the same time 🤷 In the process of putting all the rooms back together, so pics to follow.
