Quiet Double Room with Views

I have 1 room to rent in my queer friendly home in Morriston, Swansea. I live with my cat Holly and my friend Lisa and her dog Dexter live next door. It’ll be great for someone who likes animals as Holly is quite a shy cat and will like someone who is respectful of her. Dexter on the other hand is quite lively and very friendly and appreciates a lot of attention when he comes over.

It’s a quiet area, a short walk to the high street with local shops nearby and buses going into Swansea centre. Also a short drive to the M4 and Morriston hospital.

The room is a double room furnished with bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and desk. Views out across to the hills in the distance. The whole house is fairly recently painted and in good condition, and there is a garden at the back.

Rent of £475 a month includes all bills including Internet.

You will have access to the common areas of the home, including living room, kitchen, bathroom and garden. Ideally, I’m looking for someone who is fairly quiet, must be a non smoker, and loves cats.

I tend to spend my time cooking with my friend, taking the dog for walks, board games, going out into nature and to the beach, and going out to cultural things like at the Taliesin.
