There will be only two people living here (Myself + 1 Lodger), offering a quiet, well-maintained home environment rather than a busy house share.

Main Bedroom: Comfortable double with built-in storage (shelving and rail) in the alcoves, a dressing table, and a full-length mirror.

Private Lounge & Media Room. A room just for you. It features a 2-seater sofa, coffee table, and a pull-out desk.
Cinema Setup: This room includes a projector perfect for movies or gaming without being confined to your bedroom.

Storage: The second room also houses the boiler cupboard, providing extra space for suitcases or laundry airers.

I’m a 36-year-old working professional who enjoys a calm, tidy home. I work a fairly normal schedule and value a relaxed, grown-up environment. I’m sociable when paths cross but fully respect personal space.

I have a friendly Goldendoodle who is with me part-time. He’s sociable and a part of the household, so being comfortable around dogs is important.
