Newly Decorated Double Room For Rent!!

Myself and my partner have a newly decorated double room up for grabs in our spacious 3 bedroom house in Morriston.
We have outside street parking, a garden (we have a very friendly small dog), a large open plan kitchen/dining room, a shared living room, and a bathroom with both a bath and shower.
The room for rent is a double, it can be furnished or unfurnished. The room will be £300 pcm, and £350pcm for couples, both including all bills.
We have many freqeuent bus routes by us, and everything you need i. e. tesco, asda, hairdressers, doctors etc are a two minute walk away.
We are ideally looking for a long term tenant, aged between 18-35 who is clean, tidy and respectable.
Myself and my partner are very friendly and understanding people.
Sorry but no DSS, pets are considered!
