I'm a 22yr old fem and work full time in Virgin Media, Llansamlet. I have a lovely fully furnished double room available for rent from now. It's £400pcm and includes all bills. I'm very laid back, enjoy a good laugh, cooking, tv&film, live music, socialising so am looking for a housemate on my wave length. It’s important that we get on well. Ideal housemate - no preference atall with gender - would enjoy being social, be tidy, have respect for everything in the house and liking a glass of vino is a must!

It's a 2 minute walk away from the main bus route to Swansea City Centre. If you drive there is parking space.
