Great house available for house share

I have 2 double bedrooms available for rent in a recently renovated 4 bedroom detached house in a great spot in Morriston less than 2 minutes from the M4/DVLA/Hospital.

Of the four bedrooms, one is being retained as mine, one is presently set up as an office and there are the two double rooms available for rent. One of these has two fitted wardrobes.

There are three bathrooms, two living rooms and a big kitchen.

There is a large landscaped rear garden and three patio areas to enjoy as well as off road parking and a garage/workshop.

Due to work commitments it is likely I will not be back in Swansea more than every three or four months for a weekend at most, but I need to keep a base available here.

The house is decorated to a very high standard and can be left fully furnished or can be emptied.

Ideal for friends/colleagues working locally, must be professional with available references from last/present landlord.
