Hi. I have a nice room in a my terraced house mid way between Neath and Swansea, near the Amazon site, 2 minutes from M4. I’m interested in letting to a professional person who is friendly but low maintenance. My son has just gone to university so I’m looking for the quiet life. Tenant will have run of the house including conservatory. Some nights I will be at my boyfriends so plenty of scope to have place to yourself.
The only must is a love of animals. I have 2 dogs and I would only want someone who genuinely loves having them about. Would also help if tenant is tidy and clean.
